Todd Williams, President/Chief Operating Officer, joined CMS Wireless in 1996 and has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2003 and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Todd has more than 20 years experience and extensive knowledge of the wireless industry. He is committed to providing efficient, compliant, and effective high quality services. Williams graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is the current Vice President and former President of the Arkansas Oklahoma Wireless Association and also holds a board position within the same chapter. Todd is also a board member of NATE WIN representing the state of Arkansas.
Dale Shipman, Vice President of In-Building/Civil Services – Radio, Low Voltage, DAS/Small Cell Crews, supervises all BTS radio installs, low voltage/power plant installs, DAS and small cell installations and crews. Dale is responsible for all estimating, scheduling, material procurement and internal crew coordination for all turnkey projects. Dale has worked in network operations and wireless project management for several companies for over 20 years and has served in project management for CMS since 2007.
Mitch Bennett, Vice President of Technical Services – Tower/Antenna Crews, supervises all tower and antenna crews operating in all regions. Mitch is also responsible for estimating, material procurement and contracting for all tower erection and antenna/line projects. Mitch also serves as safety officer and technical trainer for all CMS technical and field personnel. Mitch has an Applied Engineering Degree and has worked for CMS since 2001.
Kyle Cristoffer, Vice President, joined CMS in 2000 and has served as Vice President since that time and is responsible for day-to-day Operations, Management & Client development. Kyle has more than 20 years of experience in the wireless industry having started in 1996 as a tower climber erecting towers and installing A&L, then moving to crew leader and eventually to Vice President of C.I.S (CMS Springfield Division). Kyle served in the U.S. Military from 1985 to 91 as an Electronics technician maintaining and repairing communication equipment with a specialty in cryptography.
Dave Cloud, Senior Project Manager, has over 25 years’ experience from working in the Architectural Engineering to Construction manager with Sprint Affiliates, Nextel, Alltel, all the way in to the Project Management role working in the turf world. He is well versed in many facets from Site Acquisition, cell site construction to fiber.
Bryan Imming, Safety Manager, implementation of safety policies and procedures for CMS Wireless. Handles onsite safety checks, inspections, enforcement and training and retraining. Directly responsible for the health and safety to all CMS Wireless projects. Preform all subcontractor orientation, review all subcontractor’s pre-approval documentation for safety, programs, certifications, etc. Reports on all-subcontractor safety performance to upper management. Bryan has been in telecommunications industry for 23 years plus, from field installation (tower stacking / co-locations/A&L), to construction and project management and now risk management and safety training.
Leah Green, Controller/Office Manager, is responsible for all in house accounting and human resource functions as well as all office management duties. Leah has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Arkansas and has worked in accounting and office management positions for several companies and has served in these capacities for CMS since 2006.
