CMS Wireless is a full service company providing turnkey services for the wireless telecommunication industry since 1995. CMS has evolved with the wireless industry to build and maintain networks from analog to digital to 3G to 4G LTE to DAS and small cell densification to now starting on the evolution to 5G and the internet of things.
Todd Williams, President, joined CMS Wireless in 1996 and has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2003 and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Todd has more than 25 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of the wireless industry. He is committed to providing efficient, compliant, and effective high quality services. Williams graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associates Degree in Architecture. He is the former Vice President of the Arkansas Oklahoma Wireless Association and also holds a board position within the same chapter. Todd has held a board member position of NATE WIN representing the state of Arkansas for many years. Todd spent many years in Rotary and also received the Paul Harris Fellow award twice. His past time is spent hunting, fishing, boating and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
Dale Shipman, Vice President of In-Building/Civil Services – Radio, Low Voltage, DAS/Small Cell Crews, supervises all BTS radio installs, low voltage/power plant installs, DAS and small cell installations and crews. Dale is responsible for all estimating, scheduling, material procurement and internal crew coordination for all turnkey projects. Dale has worked in network operations and wireless project management for several companies for over 20 years and has served in project management for CMS since 2007.
Mitch Bennett, Vice President Operations – Mitch brings over 20 years of telecommunications experience and oversees the daily workflow for all CMS Wireless offices. He is committed to establishing, implementing and communicating the strategic direction of the organizations operations division. Mitch served in many facets of the organization, has an Applied Engineering Degree and has worked for CMS since 2001. Mitch is also a board member of NATE WIN representing the state of Arkansas.
Kyle Cristoffer, Vice President, joined CMS in 2000 and has served as Vice President since that time and is responsible for day-to-day Operations, Management & Client development. Kyle has more than 20 years of experience in the wireless industry having started in 1996 as a tower climber erecting towers and installing A&L, then moving to crew leader and eventually to Vice President of C.I.S (CMS Springfield Division). Kyle served in the U.S. Military from 1985 to 91 as an Electronics technician maintaining and repairing communication equipment with a specialty in cryptography.
Dave Cloud, Director, has over 25 years’ experience from working in the Architectural Engineering to Construction manager with Sprint Affiliates, Nextel, Alltel, all the way in to the Project Management role working in the turf world. He is well versed in many facets from Site Acquisition, cell site construction to fiber.
Leah Green, Director of Administration, is responsible for all in house accounting and human resource functions as well as all office management duties. Leah has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Arkansas and has worked in accounting and office management positions for several companies and has served in these capacities for CMS since 2006.
